This program is designed to introduce students to martial arts in a fun & safe environment. We focus on leadership skills and overall self confidence. We see many kids/ young adults go from not making eye contact or hold conversations to standing in front of the class & running drills.

What kind of skills will my child learn from is this program? 

We are able to achieve this by teaching our children:


 Self-Discipline: The ability to do things without being told.

 Inner Strength: The ability to trust themselves and say NO to peer pressure.
Mental Focus: The ability to perform well in school.
Self Confidence: The ability to feel good about themselves and & their potential.


1. SELF-DEFENSE SKILLS

MMA teaches kids a variety of martial arts styles and self-defense skills. Your child picks up anti-bullying techniques that do not involve physical contact or aggression toward a threat. They understand that their first line of defense is to avoid confrontation or diffuse a situation with confidence.

2. HEALTH AND WELLNESS

MMA gives kids a fun and safe environment to be physically active. Martial arts training increases kids’ physical health, including their endurance, strength, balance, flexibility, speed, coordination, and agility. Kids who learn healthy habits in their youth are more likely to continue these habits as adults.

3. SOCIAL SKILLS

Martial arts instructors expect their students to treat each other with respect. In a martial arts class environment, kids learn to develop critical social skills and positively interact with kids outside of school.

4. GOAL-SETTING

In martial arts, kids steadily improve their individual skills through practice. Working toward continuous improvement allows kids to work on goal-setting. The process of setting and accomplishing personal martial arts goals builds a child’s self-confidence.

5. PROBLEM-SOLVING

MMA is as much of a mental workout as it is physical. Rather than muscling through a class students must problem-solve and use strategy against an opponent.

6. SELF-DISCIPLINE

MMA training helps kids to become more self-disciplined. In martial arts, kids learn to stay in control of their actions. They also learn what it means to build a strong work

MEMORIAL DAY WEEK HOURS

We will be closed Friday the 23rd till Monday the 26th. We will be open back to regular scheduled classes starting Tuesday the 27th at 6am.
